What to bring to your appointment?
- Any relevant medical information
- A list of medications your child is taking
- The Well Child book (if your child is under 5 years old).
You are welcome to bring a support person.
Virtual appointments can also be arranged.
The cost and how to pay
Initial consultation (usually about 1 hour): $180.00
Follow up appointment (30 minutes): $90
After your appointment, you will receive a letter with your goals and plan. One follow-up phone call is also included in the initial cost.
An invoice will be sent to you by email. Payments are due within 5 working days of receiving your invoice.
Some private medical insurance companies do cover for a dietitian consultation. Please check with your insurance provider.
